What are your delivery timeframes?

  • Outer Islands/Atolls: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delivery to remote islands may take longer due to ferry schedules and weather conditions.

Do you offer free Delivery?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over MVR 1,500 within Male' City and Greater Male' Area.

  • Outer Islands: Shipping cost varies based on weight and location

Special delivery options (express delivery, same-day delivery) are available at additional cost.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our return policy includes:

  • 30-day return window from date of purchase
  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item

Some exclusions apply, including custom orders, clearance items, and consumable products.

How do I initiate a return?

Pack the product securely in its original packaging

Ship the package to our return address or bring it to our showroom

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for an item of greater value, you'll need to pay the difference.

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same process as initiating a return
  • Specify that you want an exchange instead of a refund
  • Provide details of the item you'd like instead
  • Our team will confirm availability of the exchange item
  • Once we receive your return, we'll process the exchange
